Water resistant, long lasting micro eyebrow pencil. 4 different shades to fill in gaps and add definition. A cosmetic must have which blends in perfectly with your own hair making your brows look super natural. The tip is micro making it great for creating real like hairs for soft front strokes yet powerful enough to create more shape and definition. Comes with a pencil on one end and brush on the other. This pencil is effortless and super easy to use, helping to eliminate time when you need to fill and go!
Directions:
•Make sure the skin around your eyebrows is clean, dry and free from all products including moisturizers and foundation.
•Apply your pencil as desired.
•Apply your moisturizer and foundation making sure to apply around the penciled area
•Use your pencil to make minor touch ups if needed when finished
